Create a project, upload your BRD template (or use ours), and whitelist which email addresses can send information to your agent. Scopd gives you a dedicated email address — like proj-abc@scopd.io — for that project.
Send your initial brief. CC the agent on a stakeholder email chain. Forward a meeting transcript. Paste in a Slack thread. However the information arrives, Scopd extracts what matters.
Scopd fills every section it can, marks gaps with specific questions — like 'What is the maximum acceptable downtime during migration?' — and attaches a clean .docx in your format. Reply to add more detail. The document updates.

Your project documents, briefs, and transcripts are never used to train AI models — ours or anyone else's. This is contractually enforced with our AI provider.
The body of every email you send is processed in memory and discarded. We store only metadata — sender, timestamp, status — never your actual project content.
You whitelist exactly which email addresses can send information to each project agent. Emails from non-whitelisted senders are silently dropped.
Every project is completely separate. There is no shared context, no cross-project retrieval, no way for one project's information to influence another's output.
Everything Scopd produces belongs to you. We make no claim to any document, draft, or content generated through your projects.
Close a project and all associated settings are removed immediately. Cancel your account and all data is deleted within 30 days.
